It’s a clear promise of safety. If you get a cut or scratch while using the trimmer correctly during the first 3 days, you are entitled to a return or exchange. (Available only for purchases from the official website.)

You can request a return within 30 days if there’s a manufacturing defect, and the trimmer must be in its original, unused condition.

Manufacturing Defects

A 12-month warranty applies if a manufacturing defect appears after you start using the product.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories and packaging. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
